1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 567db ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 567db website located at 567db.pro and all associated services, products, and content offered through the platform. Please read these Terms carefully in their entirety before registering an account or placing any wager on 567db. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the 567db platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 567db platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 567db platform. 567db reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on 567db. Creating multiple accounts — including accounts in another person's name, with a different mobile number, or using a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

• 1You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or any other individual. All activities conducted through your 567db account — including wagers placed and deposits made — are your sole responsibility regardless of whether you authorised those activities.

However, you acknowledge that no electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you access the platform at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that your device is free of malware, viruses, and keylogging software before logging into your 567db account.
• 3KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before 567db processes any withdrawal request. 567db reserves the right to request identity documents — including a valid national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification — as well as proof of address and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

• 5567db reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, and suspend or permanently close any account where fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behaviour is detected. In such cases, any balance held in the affected account may be forfeited in its entirety and, where appropriate, the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

567db may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a bonus offer, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• 1All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly in the specific bonus terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated in the bonus terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.
• 2567db reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and subject to an active wagering requirement will not be cancelled mid-rollover without reasonable cause. 567db also reserves the right to limit the eligibility for any promotion to specific player segments, geographic locations, or deposit methods.
• 3Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or withdrawing funds before bonus terms have been satisfied — will have their bonus and winnings forfeited and their account suspended. 567db uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse.
• 4Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other consideration except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement. Bonuses credited in error must be reported to 567db customer support immediately. 567db reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error regardless of whether the bonus funds have been partially or fully wagered prior to discovery of the error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 567db platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of 567db or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the 567db platform without the prior written consent of 567db or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorised use of 567db's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

567db reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances set out below. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 567db customer support.

• 1567db may suspend or close an account immediately if it detects or reasonably suspects a breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to: providing false registration information; operating multiple accounts; engaging in fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour; money laundering or financial crime; or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• 2Upon account closure, any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in a verified account in good standing will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 567db.
• 3Players who have self-excluded from the 567db platform may not attempt to circumvent the self-exclusion by registering a new account, using a different mobile number, or accessing the platform by any other means. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
